I see video, but I hear no sound

This is typically caused by your gaming console either sending signal to the wrong input, or not at all. You must set your audio output settings to HDMI when using your PGE’s speakers. 

If you have ensured that all your settings are correct and still hear nothing through the speakers, please try plugging headphones into the headphone jack. If nothing is coming through there, you can be sure that there is no signal being recieved by the GAEMS unit from your console.

If there is sound coming from the headphone jacks, there has been a failure with the speakers of the GAEMS unit. If that is the case, please submit a request

    Purchased Vanguard console on 12/20 from Game stop I was told the didn't handle any warranty issues and had to go straight to Gaems. The speakers are no longer working, was working fine. Verified HDMI output and I do get sound when plugging in headphones. Working with a PS4 and reset both stations but no luck. Can you help how can I get this corrected or warranty or fixed as I only had for about 3 weeks. My number is 281-330-1994, thank you Lorenzo Cortes
