The easiest option is to use the link at the bottom of this article to submit a ticket request to our support team.

You can also send us an email at support@gaemspge.com. You will receive a confirmation response within 24 hours of submitting your email.

Lastly, please feel free to call us at 1-855-75-GAEMS.  If all operators are busy or not responding, please leave a voicemail to receive a callback.

Please go through this knowledge base before you contact us though! Most if not all questions regarding your GAEMS unit can be answered by simply reading through the articles posted here. We appreciate it!

    My G190 has been strong through my navy deployment life. Then one day decide to hook the monitor up the kids to play to turn on to a jack up monitor and what puzzles me is that there's no crack on the screen? I have taken real good care of it just to see it not function correctly. Please help. Can provide pictures upon request. Help a vet out. Thanks

Unfortunately, I have had both my Sentry and the M-155 suffer power failures in the past few months and I am hoping to find somewhere to take them for repair.     I bought the Gaems Vanguard Blue Edition a while ago, and as of right now, it won't display my xbox one game, or my xbox 360. All it does is turn on, and the speakers pop to show that they are on, and the Gaems logo pops up on screen, then it turns off. Please help

    I purchased the M155 and cannot attach the cover because the holes in the cover are not aligned with the screw holes in the back of the monitor! Do you have any properly aligned covers around that you could send me?

    hi was hoping you could help me. I bought the g190 from EB Games in Mid Aug. this year we have had a lot of fun with it. Just today the closing bracket on the side got a crack on it. I was hoping you would send me a new bracket to keep my case in good shape. EB Games said it should still be under Manufacturers Warrenty. Please let me know.
