Return Policy

Returns for Refund:

Items shipped from GAEMS can be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date. You will need to pay for the shipping cost to send the item back GAEMS.

GAEMS will inspect the condition of the item upon receipt. If GAEMS can verify the item was never opened or used you are entitled to a full refund of the item. Returned shipping costs will not be refunded, as this is a service paid for and completed by our shipping carrier. 

If the box appears to be open and/or the item has been used, a 35% restocking fee will be applied against the total cost of the item. If the item is damaged and/or unusable, GAEMS will not be able to offer a refund and will ship the item back to you in the condition it was received.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or account that was used to place the order, and may take up to 48 hours to fully process once initiated.

Returns for Replacement:

GAEMS has a 90-day warranty period from the original purchase date covering either repair or replacement of any manufacturing defect found within your GAEMS device. 

The GAEMS warranty is only valid for items purchased through authorized GAEMS retailers and is only granted to the original purchaser of that item. The GAEMS warranty does not cover damage incurred to the item, including broken or damaged monitors. 

Purchase of GAEMS products through authorized GAEMS retailers made outside of the United States will have a warranty provided from the retailer where the item was purchased.  For more information about GAEMS warranty policy, please visit www.gaemspge.com/warranty.
